The Grievance Collective is a representative group of attendees who help deal with disputes and conflict during the NOWSA conference. The Grievance Collective will consist of at least one attendee who identifies with each caucus we are running, and will therefore consist of at least six (6) people. The Grievance Collective will be guided by the Grievance Policy.
The priority of the Grievance Policy is to ensure NOWSA is as safe, inclusive, and beneficial as possible for all attendees. The aim is to resolve any grievances in a way that allows for everyone to feel safe and able to participate in NOWSA, and to enact a process that is defined and controlled by the wishes and needs of all parties involved.
Close date for applications is Friday 7th of July. You will hear from the NOWSA 2017 Organising Committee on Monday 10th of July to find out if you have been successful in your application.
The application for the Grievance Collective can be found here.
